What the publication reports
In an ex vivo porcine dermal model, one five-minute exposure prevented 4.5–8.6 log10 of biofilm growth across six pathogens. One exposure reduced mature biofilms by 1.2–2.5 log10; two exposures reduced them by 2.2–4.5 log10.

Interpretation
This tissue model helps characterize antimicrobial activity in a biologically relevant setting. It was an ex vivo porcine model, not a human clinical study.
