Thomas owns a 30-facility skilled nursing organization and previously served as CEO of Covenant Care. He brings 30 years of post-acute management and ownership experience, together with experience as an investor and business leader.

Sarah leads NOxy’s scientific strategy. She has experience building, growing, and commercializing wound-care companies, teams, and products, with expertise in regenerative medicine and bioengineering.

Quality and Research
Michael is a co-inventor of the NOxy technology suite. He directs NOxy’s in-house research program and the company’s external research contracts.

Vice President of Operations
Alexander is a medical-device engineer with experience in operations, patent management, capital raising, and grant writing. His work has supported company growth and increased enterprise valuations.

Lisa is a plastic surgeon with more than 25 years of practice and a research focus in pressure injuries. The Wound Healing Society has recognized her with its Lifetime Achievement Award.

Clinical and Medical Advisor
Windy has practiced podiatric medicine for 22 years. Her work combines patient care, wound-care advocacy, and clinical research, including coauthorship of NOxy’s published pressure-ulcer real-world analysis.

Mervin is a plastic surgeon and wound-care physician. He has published medical research and served as an editor for scientific journals.

Scientific Advisor
David is a co-inventor of the NOxy technology suite. He advises NOxy on the platform’s scientific development and supports the company’s intellectual-property strategy.
