In this registry subgroup analysis, the poster reported healing in 68.6% of wounds among patients with diabetes and/or obesity and 66.0% among patients without either condition. The higher-risk group required longer treatment and more doses; recorded infections declined from eight to three.

Interpretation
This subgroup analysis highlights outcomes in a clinically high-risk population. Because the groups differed at baseline and treatment was not randomized, the findings are descriptive and do not establish comparative efficacy.
